Great to meet you!

Ask yourself: "When was the last time I was happy?" If you can't remember, now may be the best time in your life to seek some support and guidance. I would like to help you face and overcome your challenges. I would like to help you reach a happy state of mind. You don't have to face your problems alone.

I was formally educated at Brandman University and in 2013 I received my Masters Degree in Psychology with an emphasis on Marriage & Family Therapy. My formal education coupled with my experience as a registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern has provided me a professional set of skills covering a wide range of mental health services.

I genuinely hope that you emerge from our therapy sessions as a happy and confident person with new, achievable goals. As a previous educator/teacher, I have experience with those who struggled with self-esteem and relationship issues.

My approach to therapy

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions and build rapport, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

What you can expect from me

My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their careers. I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
