Great to meet you!

I support individuals navigating "in-between" seasons that leave them feeling out of sync. I have a deep heart for women managing the "middle" of life—balancing career, family, and aging parents while facing hormonal shifts, burnout, and shifting identities. So often, women carry the invisible mental load for everyone around them, putting their own needs on hold until they feel disconnected from who they are. I help you reconnect with your own identity, boundaries, and purpose, ensuring you aren't lost in the demands of everyday life, providing a steady place to sort through life's messiness and emerge feeling like yourself again.

My approach to therapy

As a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) with over twenty years of experience as an LPC, my approach is warm, practical, and grounded in evidence-based modalities. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and strengths-based approaches to tailor treatment to your unique goals. As a Certified Women’s Mental Health Specialist in training, I provide dedicated, specialized care for the anxiety, mood shifts, and chronic stress across a woman's life, helping you identify what isn’t working and build a healthy balance between your well-being and your many roles.

What you can expect from me

Feeling "out of sync" isn't a failure; it’s a sign you’re navigating change. In our first session, you can expect a relaxed, low-pressure conversation where we simply get to know each other. There are no rigid tests or formats—we will talk comfortably about what brought you in, what feels overwhelming right now, and what you hope to achieve. You deserve a home base where someone advocates for your well-being. Whether you are seeking to reclaim your identity, process life transitions, or find relief from burnout, my goal is for you to leave our first meeting feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about finding more peace.
