A bit about my approach to therapy

She believes in a collaborative therapeutic process that involves the individual identifying the life area they wish to focus on. Valerie has an eclectic approach that incorporates modalities such as CBT, DBT, psychoanalytic and MI. She enjoys working with various populations to assist people in reaching their full potential. She has extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, adjustments, addiction and ADHD.
