Great to meet you!

Heads-Up! I have 25 years experience as a clinical psychologist with a vast array of client personalities and life challenges, and I am pretty good at what I do. However, if your goal is to lead a calm and predictable life, then I am probably not the right therapist for you. If, however, you want to live a meaningful, powerful life to the fullest, managing all the ups and downs, then I stand ready to assist.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy depends mostly on what my clients bring to the situation. Each client is unique in how they see and respond to life's challenges. My therapeutic approach blends and shifts between therapy methods as needed, -sometimes delving into the past, sometimes concentrating on solutions, sometimes affirming who they are, sometimes assisting with self-discovery, sometimes questioning and challenging interpretations and behaviors, and sometimes dealing with the matters at hand. My therapeutic style is more quizzical than suggestive.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is to help my clients see what may be blocking them from moving forward with confidence and intention toward the life they want to lead! Dream it, dare to do it, with no regrets from not trying!
