I am trained in EMDR and utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, and am person-centered. I am passionate about helping those who struggle with interpersonal relationship, including having healthy boundaries.
I help my clients to process overwhelming emotions, change harmful and unhelpful patterns, increase self-esteem and improve relationships. When working together you can feel more empowered to manage stress and emotions while developing coping skills and strategies.
