I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York with over 8 years of experience working as a psychotherapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety parenting problems, relationship issues, trauma, addiction, grief and difficulty adjusting to life changes.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I support and guide clients to identify their strengths, increase their confidence and self-worth. Client are empowered by developing effective tools and coping strategies to successfully overcome current and future challenges.

I utilize various therapeutic modalities to fit the individual needs of each client specifically cognitive behavioral, client centered and existential interventions. My approach to therapy is warm and empathetic.
