Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Valerie Naggie, a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing telehealth across New York. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or unlike yourself, it may be time to get support—you don’t have to keep pushing through alone.

I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, mood concerns, and stress in adults who are balancing work, family, and daily responsibilities while struggling internally. My approach is supportive, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel better and regain a sense of control.

I provide personalized medication management along with practical strategies to help you manage symptoms, improve daily functioning, and build long-term stability. Together, we’ll create a treatment plan tailored to your needs and goals.

Flexible telehealth appointments available. Reach out today to get started.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, supportive, and personalized. I believe effective treatment starts with truly listening and understanding each individual’s experiences, concerns, and goals. I provide thoughtful medication management combined with practical strategies to help manage symptoms and improve daily functioning.

I take a whole-person approach, recognizing the connection between mental, physical, and emotional health. My goal is not only symptom relief, but helping clients feel more balanced, confident, and in control of their lives.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we’ll take time to understand what’s been going on and what led you to seek support. I’ll ask about your symptoms, history, and goals so we can get a clear picture of your needs.

We’ll discuss a personalized treatment plan, which may include medication options, coping strategies, and next steps. You’ll have space to ask questions, and we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and with a clear plan moving forward.
