I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-R) with several years of experience of providing therapy and teaching in this field.

Masters in Social Work is from Yeshiva University-Wurzweiler Social of Social Work. Bachelors Degree in Social Welfare from Adelphi University School of Social Work.

My approach to therapy

I believe in individuals' ability to make changes in their lives one step at a time in therapy. . I am a therapist who is non-judgmental who strives to earn the trust of my clients. I listen and encourage them to overcome obstacles and not fear change. Therapy is a process, healing does not happen overnight so we will work at your pace. Together we will decide on the treatment approaches that best suits your needs.

What you can expect from me

Clients, in a safe virtual environment, will decide on the goals they wish to accomplish. Therapy will enable you to identify new ways of coping with your problems. I will encourage you to use your existing strengths if present, to allow you to problem-solve issues as they arise to decrease your stress, anxiety and depression, etc. Being hopeful and changing negative thoughts you might have about yourself and life is also important. You can do this, I believe in you !
