Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with certifications in perinatal mental health, ADHD, and holistic nutrition.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, client-centered approach to therapy that honors each person's unique experiences. My work integrates evidence-based practices that focuses on building insight, emotional regulation, and practical tools for everyday life. Rather than trying to eliminate difficult thoughts or emotions, I will help you focus on developing a healthier relationship with them while building a life that aligns with what matters to you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and for you to feel out whether this space feels right for you. We'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, what you're hoping for, and any concerns you may have. I'll ask some questions to better understand your experiences but there's no pressure to share more than you're comfortable with. My focus is on creating a supportive, respectful space where you feel heard and understood.
