Great to meet you!

I am an experienced therapist and Yoga teacher offering a creative, mindfulness-based approach to healing. I also specialize in grief and loss, supporting clients through life's transitions and difficult experiences. I offer EMDR to help clients process, heal and reconnect with themselves. My approach is holistc and grounded in the belief that healing is deeply personal.

My approach to therapy

I work collaboratively with clients, and offer an authentic space to explore what feels most important to clients. It is a person centered client led approach.

What you can expect from me

I create a warm and welcoming environment and offer a non-judgmental space for the client to share and identify short and long term goals for therapy. I use my experience with DBT to support these goals and help the client build resiliency and healthy strategies when dealing with challenges.
