Great to meet you!

Life is messy, and sometimes, it can feel like the universe is just not on your side. Whether it’s depression, anxiety, new transitions, stress management, or past traumas, it can feel like life gets in the way. My job is to collaborate with you to help you uncover what is getting in your way, so you can live your authentic true self. With a trauma-informed approach to therapy, I am dedicated to providing you with a safe and non-judgmental space where you can feel empowered.

“It is hard to be happy without a life worth living...Of course, all lives are worth living in reality. No life is not worth living. But what is important is that you experience your life as worth living—one that is satisfying, and one that brings happiness.” -Marsha Linehan

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a combination of techniques from modalities such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), trauma-informed cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), and mindfulness training.
