Great to meet you!

I am a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a background in inpatient care, including working with individuals in crisis and navigating complex mental health situations. I am now building an outpatient practice where I can offer consistent, ongoing support. Prescribing is central to my work, and I approach it thoughtfully, always looking for what will genuinely help each person over the long term. I am committed to being a steady, reliable presence for my clients as they work toward their goals.

My approach to therapy

I practice integrative psychiatry that is holistic in nature. I lead with warmth and believe that honest, direct conversations are the foundation of good care. I work with you to understand what you need and why, so we can find a medication plan that truly fits your life. Your goals guide the process. My specializations include but are not limited to ADD/ADHD, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorders, Depression, Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective Disorder, Substance Use Disorders, PTSD/Trauma. I welcome clients from all walks of life. My practice accepts adults ages 18 and older, as well as adolescents ages 16-17.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation. I want to understand your history, your concerns, and what you are hoping to achieve. I strive to create a welcoming and non-judgmental environment that is accepting of who you are and based on mutual trust. I will be straightforward with you about what I observe and what I think, and I will make sure you feel heard before we talk about next steps.
