Great to meet you!

Hello!

As a licensed clinician, I believe our mental health is key to living a healthy productive life. My experience in mental health and substance abuse has afforded me the opportunity to work with amazing people who simply fall into the trap of guilt, shame, denial or complacency. I enjoy being on the journey with individuals as they work their issues to become the version of themselves that they already knew existed!

My approach to therapy

We often spend our time worrying about life instead of living and enjoying it. Processing, organizing and simplifying our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors helps us better understand ourselves and those around us. Hence, we become more equipped to deal with day-to-day stressors, trauma, triggers or interpersonal relationships.

What you can expect from me

Getting to know you! First sessions are centered around learning more about you and your goals. It is an opportunity to gain a better understanding of your expectations and how to achieve them in a safe and structured environment.
