Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist and believe in holding curiosity, compassion, and respect for my clients' lived experiences. I earned my Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from California State University of Bakersfield and have worked with clients ages 4 to 61. I support individuals navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, self-esteem, confidence, codependency, and trauma. My approach centers on helping clients feel safe, heard, and empowered to heal and make lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is grounded in curiosity, warmth, and respect for the human experience. I view therapy as a collaborative process and work to align with my clients in ways that feel supportive, empowering, and meaningful to them. My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe to explore, reflect, and grow in ways that honor their individual needs.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll start with exploring what brings you to therapy and what you are hoping to take away from therapy. I'll ask some questions as I learn about you, and you are free to share only what you are comfortable to. From there, we will decide together the best plan for your therapy.
