Hi, my name is Valerie Taylor and I am a LMHC. I have been a counselor for 6 years working with adults and adolescents ages 14 and up. I focus on trauma, relationship challenges, family challenges, anxiety disorders, christian counseling, etc.
I work to provide a safe and welcoming space. It is important to me to establish a strong rapport and connection with clients. I do a mix of Cognitive behavioral therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. I also provide a Biblical foundation for Christian counseling.
As clients, you can expect to be heard, validated, and supported. You can expect to learn, grow, and heal. It is important to know that you can move at your own pace.
