Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Master Practitioner of NLP and Hypnosis. With over a decade of experience as a real estate coach and entrepreneur, I bring a unique perspective on mindset, goal-setting, and personal growth to my counseling practice. My professional background also includes crisis intervention, substance use treatment, and holistic coaching, allowing me to approach mental health and wellness from multiple perspectives. I work with adolescents and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, domestic violence, addiction recovery, and life transitions. I am passionate about helping people better understand themselves, overcome challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be a welcoming, supportive space where you feel comfortable being yourself, exploring challenges, and discovering new possibilities. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and personalized, blending evidence-based techniques with holistic practices to support your individual needs and goals. I integrate Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mental and Emotional Release®, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and hypnosis into my work. I value genuine connection and believe that building a trusting therapeutic relationship is an important part of the healing process. My goal is to help you gain insight, build confidence, develop practical tools, and feel empowered to move forward with greater clarity and purpose.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about getting to know you, understanding what brings you to counseling, and creating a comfortable space where you can feel heard, supported, and accepted without judgment. We’ll talk about your experiences, current challenges, and what you hope to gain from therapy, while beginning to identify goals that feel meaningful and achievable. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, so we’ll explore what approaches may work best for your unique needs, personality, and preferences. There’s no pressure to share everything right away, and we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is for you to leave our first session feeling understood, encouraged, and confident about taking the next steps toward your personal growth and well-being.
