Great to meet you!

Reaching out for support takes courage, and I believe therapy should be a place where you feel safe, heard, and genuinely understood. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida with a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Florida International University. I have extensive experience providing therapy to individuals and couples through both in-person and telehealth settings.

My approach to therapy

As your therapist my approach is grounded in evidence based practice meaning the strategies we use are supported by current research, clinical expertise, and your unique needs and preferences. My approach to therapy is one of a supportive role to clients who have courageously taken a leap of faith towards seeking help with their mental health journey.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. We’ll discuss what brought you to therapy, your current concerns, your personal history, and what you hope to achieve. I’ll also answer any questions you have about the therapy process so you know what to expect moving forward.

There is no pressure to share everything at once. My priority is creating a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where you feel comfortable being yourself. Together, we’ll identify your goals and begin developing a plan that is tailored to your unique needs, strengths, and pace.
