My approach to therapy

Care is patient-centered, collaborative, and evidence-based, with an emphasis on thoughtful medication management and individualized treatment planning. Sessions are structured yet supportive, allowing space for patients to feel heard while maintaining clear clinical direction and goals.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on understanding the client’s concerns, history, and goals in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment. Time is spent reviewing symptoms, prior treatment, medical and psychiatric history, and current stressors to form a clear clinical picture.

Clients can expect a collaborative discussion of treatment options, including medication considerations when appropriate, and the development of realistic, individualized goals. The session is structured, respectful, and focused on creating clarity, direction, and a plan that feels manageable and aligned with the client’s needs.
