Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m a warm and approachable psychotherapist dedicated to helping you navigate life’s challenges with kindness and understanding. I have been working in the mental health field for 10 years and I am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor with the state of Louisiana. I have a Bachelor's in Psychology, a Master's of Arts in Social Science, and a Master's of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I believe every journey is unique, and I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and supported. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace to find practical ways to improve your well-being. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Positive Psychology to help improve thinking patterns.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about getting to know each other and building a comfortable space where you feel heard and understood. We'll start with an assessment to explore your goals, challenges, history and what prompted you to seek support. This helps me tailor the approach specifically to your needs.

During the session, I’ll explain how our work together will progress, including what methods or tools we might use. Expect a warm, supportive environment where there’s no pressure or judgement. You’re encouraged to ask any questions or share your concerns—this is your time, and your comfort matters most.
