Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when you're struggling with anxiety, depression, substance use concerns, relationship challenges, or the demands of caring for everyone else while neglecting your own needs. You may feel emotionally exhausted, stuck in unhealthy patterns, uncertain about the future, or ready to make meaningful changes but unsure where to begin. I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating anxiety, depression, substance use recovery, women's issues, maternal mental health concerns, family stress, relationship difficulties, trauma, grief and loss, stress management challenges, and life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy seeking support as they work toward healthier habits, emotional wellness, and a more fulfilling life. Together, we'll create a supportive and compassionate space where you can gain insight, strengthen self-awareness, build resilience, and develop practical tools that help you move forward with confidence and purpose.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, direct, and focused on helping clients create meaningful and sustainable change. I believe therapy should provide both emotional support and practical strategies that empower individuals to improve their overall well-being. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Positive Psychology, Reality Therapy, Behavioral Modification techniques, and trauma-informed approaches to tailor treatment to each person's unique needs and goals. In our work together, we may explore anxiety, depression, substance use concerns, maternal mental health, stress management, family dynamics, relationship challenges, emotional regulation, trauma, grief, self-esteem, and life transitions. Therapy is designed to help you identify barriers to change, strengthen coping skills, improve decision-making, build healthier habits, and create lasting growth that supports emotional and physical wellness.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive, respectful, and goal-oriented environment where your experiences are heard and your growth is encouraged. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is important to me, and I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable discussing challenges while also being empowered to make meaningful changes. Together, we'll identify realistic goals and develop practical strategies that support long-term success. Through therapy, you may experience reduced anxiety, improved emotional regulation, healthier relationships, stronger coping skills, increased confidence, and a greater sense of control over your life. My goal is to help you build the tools needed to navigate life's challenges while creating a healthier, more balanced future.
