Great to meet you!

I view therapy as a place for people to take a deeper look at how they are living, what works and doesn’t work for them in their current situation, and make their lives more meaningful. I want to help clients gain insight and improve their well-being in both the short and long terms.

I was a classroom teacher for ten years before getting a second master's degree and becoming a therapist. Both of my careers have focused on finding an individual approach to people.

My approach to therapy

As a firm believer in the big-picture views of existential therapy I want to help clients navigate the most fundamental human challenges and make meaningful choices.

I also understand the reality of addressing practical day to day problems and use a more structured Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach to help clients develop coping skills and modify unhelpful behaviors.

What you can expect from me

In our first session we will explore what has brought you to therapy and what you hope to get out of it. We will also get a feel for whether we will be a good fit in helping you achieve your goals.
