Great to meet you!

I believe that life is a creative process. Yet even the strongest among us can become cracked by loss, trauma, or the weight of life's challenges. Putting ourselves back together can feel like creating a work of art or surviving a natural disaster.

Healing isn't about erasing the cracks; it's about discovering the strength, beauty, and meaning that can emerge through them. As your therapist, my role is to walk alongside you as you create something new from what you've experienced.

As Michel Audiard said, "Blessed are the cracked, for they shall let the light through." I would be honored to help you find that light and create a life that feels authentic, resilient, and uniquely your own.

My approach to therapy

I provide trauma-informed, solution-focused psychotherapy that helps clients understand the connection between their past experiences, nervous system responses, relationships, and current emotional struggles. My goal is not simply to reduce symptoms, but to help clients develop greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, secure relationships, and a stronger sense of self.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a relationship founded on trust, honesty, and collaboration. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to share your story at your own pace without pressure or judgment.

We'll talk about what has brought you to therapy, the challenges you're facing, and what you hope will be different in your life. We'll also explore your strengths, relationships, and experiences that have shaped who you are. Together, we'll begin identifying patterns that may no longer be serving you while recognizing the resilience that has helped you get this far.

I believe healing is a creative process. Sometimes life leaves us feeling fractured, but therapy can be a place where those pieces begin to fit together in new and meaningful ways. You don't have to have all the answers before you begin our work is to explore them together.

By the end of our first session, you'll have a clearer understanding of how I work, an opportunity to ask questions, and a collaborative plan for moving forward. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, understood, and with a sense that meaningful change is possible.
