Great to meet you!

I do not view a person through the narrow lens of a diagnosis. Instead, I believe each person deserves a holistic approach and to be seen in their specific environment and circumstances. I see symptoms as coping mechanisms adopted in an effort to keep you safe and protected. In some cases, these mechanisms need fine tuning. In other cases, I work with you to explore more effective alternatives.

My approach to therapy

Working within a framework of mindfulness and self-compassion, I adopt a pragmatic and eclectic approach choosing from a variety of psychological schools to tailor my methods to the individual and their specific challenges and needs.

What you can expect from me

I am eager to render the best therapeutic services in a comfortable and non-judgmental setting. I am genuine, transparent, and empathetic. Most people find they connect with me easily. I always seek to expand and refine my approach by welcoming feedback and through continuing education.
