Great to meet you!

Ready to start a new chapter of your life? It's challenging to feel sad, anxious, and indecisive. Whether you want to find happiness, feel confident, control behaviors, and see your path, it's possible! Life akin to a book, you have pages of experience influencing you, but you can turn to a new page and live the life you want. With 12+ years of counseling experience, I helped people with their career paths, abstain from addictive behaviors, and break the cycle of feeling depressed and anxious.

A bit about my approach to therapy

The therapeutic relationship significantly impacts therapy outcomes; my goal as a counselor is to be warm, genuine, and empathetic. My approach is to establish an environment advantageous for treatment by providing a welcoming, nonjudgmental, safe place for clients to express their thoughts and feelings. We work together to address concerns and goals. I focus on you as a unique individual. I tailor therapeutic interventions from a holistic perspective to develop and achieve your goals.

What you can expect from our first session

The first few sessions focus on gathering information and providing psycho-education. From each session, clients can take away a sense of being understood, feelings of hope, and increased self-awareness.
