Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome,

My name is pronounced Val-Jean-na, even though it has an "e" at the end. I have been working in the mental health field since 1989. I became licensed in 2013 and I have been in private practice since 2016. There are always different perspectives to managing problems and, if you will allow me to help you, I will show you how to transform and free yourself in order to improve your overall outlook on life.

A bit about my approach to therapy
