My approach is contemporary relational psychodynamic therapy. I help you understand the deeper emotional patterns, relational templates, and internal narratives that shape how you feel and how you move through the world. Instead of focusing only on symptoms or teaching preset skills, we explore the underlying structures that give rise to your reactions, choices, and relationships.
Our work is collaborative, reflective, and paced according to your capacity. We pay close attention to what happens in the present moment—your emotions, insights, defenses, and the ways you relate to yourself and others. When something feels overwhelming, we slow down, work indirectly, or approach the material in smaller, manageable steps.
This is a therapy for people who want depth, clarity, and lasting change. Many of my clients are high‐functioning individuals who are successful in many areas of life but still feel pulled by old patterns or internal conflicts they can’t fully name. Together, we make sense of those patterns so you can move through life with more freedom, coherence, and self‐understanding.
