Great to meet you!

Are you feeling overwhelmed by stress, personal changes, work, family challenges, relationship strain, or the pressure to hold everything together? I support adults, women, parents, and families who want more peace, clarity, and balance in their lives. My work is rooted in the whole person approach (e.g., mind, body, spirit, inside and outside of systems), with special focus on emotional wellness, tangible daily tools, and realistic committments to help you feel whole, in control, and connected. With over 20 years of experience, I offer a space where you can feel heard and begin moving forward.

My approach to therapy

Sessions with me feel warm, grounded, and supportive. I want you to feel safe showing up exactly as you are, whether you feel exhausted, uncertain, or ready for change. We move at a pace that feels comfortable, with space for honesty, reflection, and small steps that feel manageable.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that you leave therapy feeling more confident, more connected to yourself, and better able to handle life as it comes. Together, we work toward clarity of emotions, healthier relationships, and lasting growth so you can move forward with resilience, strength, and hope.
