Great to meet you!
You might not have a clear name for it, or you might know exactly what it is but don’t know how to move forward. Either way, something isn’t sitting right anymore; and it matters. I’ve worked with this kind of moment before, and it tends to become clearer once we slow it down and look at it directly.
I tend to work with people in these moments. I help you see what’s actually going on more clearly, so you can move forward in a way that fits, rather than forcing something that doesn’t. I’m comfortable working with people when things feel intense or unsettled, and helping bring things into focus without rushing or pushing things before they’re ready. Sometimes this starts after something specific happens. Other times it builds more quietly, until it’s hard to ignore.
This can show up as anxiety, burnout, trouble sleeping, or a general sense that something feels off, or as a more visible shift, like exploring gender identity, rethinking your career, or starting to unmask patterns related to ADHD or autism. Often, both are happening at once.
