Great to meet you!

I work with teens (15+) and adults.

I support clients who seek support navigating life transitions, work-life balance, complex family systems, relocation, social engagement, pre/post-divorce changes, romantic relationship dynamics, self-esteem, codependency, anxiety, depression, grief, and childhood trauma.

I also work with parents, families, and youth who may be dealing with behavior changes, motivation, school engagement, anxiety, depression, or the challenge of navigating peer relationships and influences.

I have experience in clinical, school-based, and outpatient/day treatment settings. I take an integrative approach that helps me tailor therapy to each client’s strengths, needs, goals, and personality.

My approach to therapy

My work is thought-provoking, emotionally focused, and grounded in understanding the bigger picture of your life. I also bring a systemic and social justice lens to therapy, and I value creating a space where BIPOC clients and families feel seen, respected, and supported. I operate from an integrative, adaptive, client-centered, systems-lens, culturally informed approach.

What you can expect from me

In sessions with me, you can expect an inquisitive yet warm demeanor; a listener who is validating while prioritizing self-reflection and accountability; someone who is direct yet compassionate; and a flow that balances process-oriented and task-oriented interventions. We will start by exploring what you feel comfortable sharing as we build our therapeutic relationship and work towards identifying the most salient or urgent areas of focus in your life.
