Great to meet you!

I believe change takes a team, starting from the therapeutic relationship and building into one’s natural support system. I have experience working with teenagers and adults, both in an individual and family setting. As a first generation immigrant, I also understand how culture will profoundly affect treatment!

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is a combination of art expressive activities, active listening and challenging patterns that are impairing treatment. I enjoy focusing on life transitions or adjustments, family challenges, and building one's self confidence.

What you can expect from me

From the first session you can expect me to establish a therapeutic relationship. We are strangers essentially and talking about emotionally private topics. I am understanding of this and do not expect to have clients be fully transparent upon first meeting. My purpose at the start of treatment is ensuring comfortability and providing a space for you to trust.
