Great to meet you!

have been providing mental health services to diverse populations since 2015. I earned my Master of Social Work with a concentration in Community Mental Health from California State University, Dominguez Hills in 2021. Throughout my career, I have provided culturally responsive, trauma-informed care in community mental health settings, supporting children, adolescents, adults, older adults, veterans, and LGBTQ+ individuals. My clinical experience includes treating trauma, grief anxiety, depression, racial trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges,

My approach to therapy

I believe in creating a safe, affirming, and collaborative space where clients feel heard, empowered, and supported throughout their healing journey. My goal is to foster a therapeutic relationship built on trust, compassion, and mutual respect, where you feel comfortable exploring your experiences without fear of judgment.

Together, we will build on your strengths, develop resilience, and work toward meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you. I strive to create an environment where you feel accepted for who you are, supported through life's challenges, and empowered to make changes that align with your values and goals. Healing is a collaborative process, and I am committed to walking alongside you every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. We'll discuss what brought you to therapy, explore your current concerns, and review your personal history at a pace that feels comfortable for you. We'll also talk about your goals for therapy, answer any questions you have about the process, and work together to develop a plan that aligns with your needs. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered as we begin your journey toward healing and growth.
