Great to meet you!

I have been a MSSW since 1998 with a host of experience with children, adults, geriatrics, and families. I also have two other graduate degrees and real-life experiences that contribute to my value as a therapist. I love to help others overcome challenges and blossom into the best version of themselves!

My approach to therapy

A typical session is a space just for you—where you can talk openly without fear of judgment. We’ll start by checking in on how you’ve been feeling and any challenges or successes since our last session. From there, we’ll explore what’s most important to you, whether that’s processing emotions, working through stress, or navigating relationships. I’ll listen, ask thoughtful questions, and offer tools or strategies to help you cope and grow. Sessions move at your pace, and my goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

The relationship we will build will start from session 1. We will take time to get to know one another, discuss what your needs are, and define what goals you would like to work towards.
