Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist with over a decade of experience working with children, teens, and adults. I earned my dual major in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling and have dedicated my career to helping clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, and difficulties with relationships or self-esteem.

In my practice, I believe therapy should feel like a safe and supportive space where clients can be themselves without judgment. My approach is collaborative and personalized—I meet clients where they are and work together to build skills, uncover strengths, and create meaningful change.

I work with a wide range of clients, from children learning to manage emotions and focus, to teens struggling with peer relationships, to adults working through life transitions, family stress, or patterns that no longer serve them.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels safe, supportive, and collaborative. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to walk alongside you as we explore your experiences and build tools that fit your life. I use a client-centered approach, meaning that therapy is tailored to your unique needs, goals, and pace.

I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness strategies, and solution-focused techniques to help clients manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other challenges. With children and teens, I often integrate play-based and creative activities to make sessions engaging and meaningful.

Above all, I want clients to feel understood, respected, and empowered to make the changes they seek. Therapy with me is about discovering strengths, developing coping strategies, and creating lasting growth that extends beyond our sessions.

What you can expect from me

I am very caring and deeply attentive to the needs of my clients. Our first session is typically a time for us to get to know one another. Rather than diving into structured plans right away, I focus on building a genuine connection and creating a space where you can feel comfortable and understood. These early sessions are often open and conversational, but if you feel that a more structured approach would work better for you, I’m always happy to adapt.
