Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over a decade of experience who is most comfortable and experienced with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder, life transition problems, and substance use issues. I am sex-positive and enjoy working within/as an ally to the LGBTQIA+ community as well.

My approach to therapy

  • I use an approach called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy alongside a Person-Centered perspective and EMDR as needed. I also pull from aspects of Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, all utilizing a trauma-oriented lens

What you can expect from me

At our first session together, I will review your history of symptoms from a holistic perspective, gathering information from you regarding your social, physical, psychological and family history. Together, we will create a plan with goals to be addressed in therapy.
