Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and young adults as they navigate life's challenges and build the skills needed for emotional well-being and personal growth. With over 18 years of experience in the counseling field, including 14 years as a School Counselor and 4 years as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I bring a unique understanding of the academic, social, emotional, and developmental needs of preteens and teens.

I earned my degree in Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and have devoted my career to helping individuals overcome obstacles, develop resilience, and reach their full potential. My professional experience has allowed me to work closely with students, families, and individuals facing a variety of mental health concerns and life transitions.

My areas of specialization include depression, anxiety, and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). I utilize evidence-based, client-centered approaches to help clients understand their emotions, develop effective coping strategies, improve self-esteem, strengthen relationships, and achieve meaningful goals.

My approach to therapy

I believe that every individual possesses unique strengths, and I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered.

Whether addressing the challenges of adolescence, managing symptoms of anxiety or depression, or developing strategies to navigate ADHD, my goal is to help clients build confidence, enhance emotional wellness, and create lasting positive change in their lives.

I am committed to partnering with clients and families to foster growth, resilience, and overall well-being while supporting each person's journey toward a healthier and more fulfilling future.
