I’m a California-licensed marriage and Family Therapist with a doctorate in psychology, and I’m also a Certified Integrative Health Coach. I’m a real human first, and a therapist who deeply values connection, safety, and trust. I believe healing happens best when you feel truly seen, heard, and respected. My goal is to create a space where you don’t have to perform or have it all together; you can simply show up as you are.
I use a trauma-informed, integrative, and holistic approach that considers the whole person- mind, body, emotional experience, and relationships. My work is grounded in safety, collaboration, and empowerment, and I tailor treatment to each individual’s unique history, strengths, and goals.
The initial session is a thoughtful, structured clinical intake designed to help me understand what brings you to therapy and how best to support you. We’ll explore your current concerns, personal history, and current functioning, while also discussing your goals for therapy. Together, we’ll identify emotional, relational, or behavioral patterns that may be contributing to distress and begin shaping a treatment plan aligned with your needs.
You can expect a professional, confidential, and welcoming environment that prioritizes psychological safety, clinical attunement, and collaborative care. This first session focuses on assessment, rapport building, and establishing a clear therapeutic direction to support your growth and well-being. I currently offer in-person therapy in Irvine, CA, on select days and times each week. If you’re interested in getting started, I invite you to reach out to inquire about current availability and to check whether your insurance is in-network. I would be happy to connect and explore whether we’re a good fit.
