I received my Masters of Art with an emphasis in Community Counseling in 2001. I have been Licensed in Colorado since 2004 as a Licensed Professional Counselor. I am a certified professional for Adolescent Anxiety and Depression. I have also been trained in several other modalities including CBT, DBT and Solution Based Brief Therapy.

I like to identify where the client is in their journey to change patterns and manage their feelings leading to behaviors.
