Great to meet you!

My area of focus is with high-achieving adults and athletes who seek self-discovery, optimal performance and skillfully practicing the art of living well. Having grown up in a high achieving environment, becoming one myself and then raising my own high achievers. I have intimate knowledge of the highs and lows and the guilt and shame that follow. There is a way to have a "balanced" life. "You can't stop the waves, but you can learn to surf." - Jon Kabat-Zinn

My approach to therapy

As an integrative practitioner, I integrate mindfulness-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Brainspotting, Somatic Parts Work and Yoga Therapy to help shift your internal dialogue toward expansion into desired states of being. Together, we will trust your innate intelligence to guide your journey to a life well-lived.

What you can expect from me

I offer an eclectic approach with a deep influence from contemplative wisdom and modern psychotherapeutic approaches. I value showing up with authenticity, compassion, and humility and am committed to empowering you to live in alignment with what matters most to you.
