Clients can expect a welcoming, supportive space where we focus on getting to know one another and understanding what brings them to therapy. The first session includes discussing your goals, relevant history, and any current challenges, while setting a pace that feels comfortable and collaborative. Together, we’ll begin identifying next steps and how therapy can best support your growth and well-being.
