Great to meet you!

For the past seven years, my passion has been creating a warm, welcoming, and safe space where individuals and families feel seen, heard, and truly understood. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, parenting stress, perinatal mental health challenges, and life's many transitions. Whether you're facing a difficult season, feeling overwhelmed, or simply looking for support, I'm here to walk alongside you with compassion, encouragement, and practical tools to help you move toward healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, empathetic, and rooted in genuine connection. I believe that when clients feel safe, heard, and supported, meaningful growth and healing can take place. I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, solution-focused therapy, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and family-centered interventions. I specialize in supporting neurodiverse individuals and families, as well as clients navigating pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, and other perinatal mental health experiences.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect me to take time to get to know you, understand what brings you in, and learn more about your concerns in a supportive and nonjudgmental space. We will talk about what you hope to gain from therapy, discuss expectations, and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. Together, we will collaborate to identify your personal goals and the outcomes that feel most meaningful to you.
