Great to meet you!

Hello,

My name is Vanessa Diaz and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience working with children, teens, young adults and parents experiencing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family conflict.

My approach to therapy

My approach in therapy consists of creating an empathetic, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable and supported from the start. My warm, yet solution-oriented approach will ensure clients feel that their time in therapy is valuable. My clients will leave the session feeling empowered to take steps for meaningful change in their lives.

What you can expect from me

When working together, clients will gain clarity and understanding of the vision they want to create for their lives that is most aligned to their values. Clients can expect feeling heard and validated yet will also be challenged to think outside their comfort zone or status quo.
