I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with 10+ years professional nursing experience in the field of mental health. I am committed to providing care to patients from all walks of life by bringing my unique experience in caring for people from diverse cultural backgrounds and life experiences. I look forward to helping our communities overcome the stigma and barriers associated with mental health and seeking mental health care.

My approach to providing care is by first establishing trust between the patient and myself, supporting patients in maintaining their self-determination and setting self-directed goals for improvement. I also incorporate new treatment and diagnostic modalities to include genetic profiling to optimize medication regimen, gamification, and other computer-based assessments.

Clients can leave one of my sessions with full knowledge of the plan of care, expected outcomes, and resources needed to manage their condition in-between visits. Clients can also be confident that their plan of care has been optimized to meet their unique needs.
