Vanessa Germain

My name is Vanessa, I am a Caribbean born, and native New Yorker. I settled in South Florida with a passion to build families and strengthen individual connections. As a middle child, I grew up feeling unseen and unheard in a dysfunctional family dynamic, which led me to search for love and validation. As I grew into adulthood, I found healing and acceptance through conversations with close friends and professionals. It was during these times that really helped me and led me to where I am now.

For over a decade, I’ve used an eclectic, holistic approach tailored to each client’s needs, addressing trauma, relationships, anxiety, self-esteem, and more. I blend CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, Client-Centered, Talk, and Existential therapies to create a meaningful, personalized path toward healing and growth.
