Great to meet you!

Welcome to my profile!

I am a seasoned mental health counselor, educator, and Christian counselor who integrates clinical expertise with faith-informed care to support the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. I work with individuals ages 17–65, specializing in anxiety, depression, ADHD, adjustment disorders, workplace stress, and women’s issues, offering a thoughtful and compassionate space for growth and healing. As a teacher at heart, I believe in equipping clients with practical tools, insight, and emotional awareness they can use beyond the therapy room. My approach is warm, structured, and purpose-driven, helping clients move from feeling overwhelmed to feeling grounded, empowered, and aligned with their values.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, respectful, and collaborative, creating a safe and accepting space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and valued. I work at your pace while offering gentle structure and guidance, helping you feel empowered rather than judged or rushed. Using an integrative approach—CBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy, psychodynamic and narrative therapy—I tailor treatment to your unique story, strengths, and goals. For clients who desire it, I thoughtfully incorporate Christian faith-based counseling, supporting healing that aligns with your values while fostering clarity, resilience, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In your first session with me, you can expect a calm, welcoming, and non-judgmental space where your story is honored and your concerns are taken seriously. I listen with an empathetic ear while we explore what brought you to therapy, your strengths, and the challenges you’re facing, so you feel safe, understood, and respected from the start. Together, we begin identifying clear, realistic goals—often using a SMART framework—so therapy feels purposeful, measurable, and aligned with what matters most to you. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer sense of direction, next steps, and reassurance that you don’t have to navigate this journey alone.
