Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm glad you made this first step. Reaching out for support takes courage, and my goal is to provide a space where you feel safe, heard, and accepted from our very first meeting. As a licensed psychologist, I work with adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, stress, and memory or cognitive changes. Together, we'll explore your experiences, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you move toward the life you want.

My approach to therapy

I strive to provide culturally responsive, affirming care that honors each person's unique background, identity, and lived experiences. My professional experience includes working with adults, older adults, veterans, service members, and individuals from diverse communities. I believe that healing happens within a trusting therapeutic relationship, where you can be yourself without fear of judgment.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a comfortable, collaborative relationship. We'll spend time discussing what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're currently facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I'll also ask about your personal history, relationships, strengths, and any previous experiences with therapy so I can better understand you as a whole person—not just the concerns that brought you in.

Together, we'll identify your goals for therapy and begin developing a plan that feels meaningful and tailored to your needs. You're welcome to ask questions at any point, and there's no expectation that you have everything figured out before you arrive. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
