Great to meet you!

I am a dedicated and compassionate therapist committed to helping individuals improve their quality of life through a personalized and collaborative therapy experience. My approach is centered on supporting clients in building the courage and resilience needed to navigate challenges, create meaningful change, and move toward greater well-being.

I specialize in working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, and intimacy-related concerns. I have a particular passion and commitment to supporting survivors of sexual trauma, helping them heal, rebuild trust, and develop a healthy, fulfilling sense of self and well-being.

I utilize a range of evidence-based approaches, including Motivational Interviewing, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. These modalities allow me to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs, focusing on both processing past experiences and developing practical strategies for growth and healing.

My therapeutic style is grounded in integrity, respect, unconditional positive regard, and genuine empathy. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their journey. Having lived and traveled internationally, I bring a broad and culturally sensitive perspective to my work, allowing me to connect with and support individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Whether you are seeking clarity, healing, or personal growth, I am here to walk alongside you and support you at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in compassion, respect, and unconditional positive regard. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to explore their experiences at their own pace.

I work alongside clients to better understand their challenges, identify patterns, and clarify personal goals for growth and healing. Together, we focus on building resilience, increasing self-awareness, and developing practical tools that support meaningful and lasting change.

I integrate evidence-based modalities tailored to each individual’s needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). These approaches allow me to support clients in processing trauma, managing symptoms of anxiety and depression, and working through PTSD, intimacy concerns, and other life challenges.

A significant part of my work is supporting survivors of sexual trauma, helping them navigate healing in a way that honors their experiences while rebuilding a sense of safety, trust, and self-connection. I also work with individuals seeking clarity, personal growth, and improved emotional well-being.

My goal is to walk alongside you as you move through your journey, offering guidance, tools, and encouragement while honoring your unique pace and path toward healing and self-discovery.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a welcoming, safe, and non-judgmental environment where they are encouraged to share their story at a pace that feels comfortable for them. My priority is to build trust, establish rapport, and ensure that you feel heard, respected, and supported from the very beginning.

We will spend time discussing what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and what you hope to achieve through the process. I may ask questions about your background, past experiences, and strengths to gain a better understanding of your needs and how best to support you.

Together, we will begin identifying initial goals for therapy, which may include reducing distress, processing trauma, improving coping skills, enhancing emotional regulation, or working toward personal growth and healing. Goals are always collaborative and tailored to your unique situation and pace.

You will also have the opportunity to ask questions about the therapeutic process so you feel informed and comfortable moving forward. By the end of the session, my aim is for you to leave with a sense of clarity, support, and direction, along with a clearer understanding of how we will work together on your journey toward healing and well-being.
