Great to meet you!

I work primarily with young adults who are feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck — especially when it comes to anxiety and relationship challenges. Many of my clients are used to holding it all together on the outside, but internally feel lost or unsure of how to move forward.

I bring a calm, grounded presence to the work, even in high-stress situations. Much of my background is in working with clients in crisis, which allows me to help you navigate difficult emotions without things feeling out of control. At the same time, I’m warm, relatable, and honest — I’ll meet you where you are, while also gently challenging patterns that may be keeping you stuck when or if needed.

My approach to therapy

My approach is both insight-oriented and practical. I don’t just help you understand why you feel the way you do — I also help you build the tools to actually do something about it.

I draw from psychodynamic, somatic, and parts-based approaches (including IFS), along with a polyvagal-informed lens. This means we’ll explore how your past experiences, relationships, and nervous system all play a role in what you’re feeling now.

Sessions with me are collaborative and engaging. I often incorporate skill-building and offer tools or homework so you can apply what you’re learning in real life, not just in session.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting a clear understanding of what’s bringing you in and what you’re hoping will feel different in your life. You don’t need to have everything figured out — part of my role is helping you make sense of things if you’re feeling unsure or overwhelmed.

I’ll ask some questions to learn more about your experiences. My goal is to create a space that feels comfortable, supportive, and real from the start.

By the end of the session, you can expect to have a better sense of how I work, and we may begin identifying some initial tools or directions to help you start feeling more grounded and clear.
