My name is Vanessa Martinez and I am a licensed professional counselor in Colorado. I received my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University in 2022.

I primarily work with women who are struggling with figuring out who they are after having kids. Maybe you are in the throes of infancy or maybe your children just left the nest. It is so simple to fall into losing our identity as a woman after kids. I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy to move you to a place of understanding, putting yourself as a priority and focusing on values that help you feel more like you!

When working with me, my goal for you is to feel empowered and that you have learned the skills to recognize who you are as a unique woman and your other roles such as mom, wife, employee or any other role you choose to take on! I hope to instill the confidence to help you achieve your goals in therapy as well as in life!
