Great to meet you!

Hello my name is Vanessa and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I have several years of experience in the mental health field.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is rooted in mindfulness, somatic work, ACT and CBT. I tend to take a holistic approach with majority of my clients. However, some prefer other modelaties. It's important for us to work together and find the right ones that work best for you. Whatever brings you to therapy such as anxiety, depression, or relationship issues. It's important to find the best ways to move towards a healthier self.

What you can expect from our first session

Showing up and doing the work, counts. Therefore, if you are looking to grow and heal then let's make the uncomfortable comfortable. We all have experienced trauma. You don't have to face it alone.
