Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Vanessa, and I’ve been working in the mental health field for over 10 years. I have experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those navigating addiction, family dynamics, adolescence, and adult life challenges. I hold a degree from Christian Theological Seminary, where I developed a strong foundation in holistic and compassionate care. Currently, I’m completing advanced training in EMDR therapy to further support clients dealing with trauma and emotional distress.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered in your journey toward healing.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where you can begin to share the story you’ve been carrying—perhaps for far too long. This is a time for you to speak freely, without judgment, and feel truly seen and heard. Together, we’ll begin to unpack your experiences at your own pace, and I will hold space for your emotions with care, respect, and validation.
